Security and privacy
You stay in control
- We only connect with your permission. Nothing happens until you start the session.
- You watch the whole session on your own screen.
- You can end it at any time. Just close the session.

Watch out for remote support scams
Scammers pretend to be tech support to get into your computer or your bank account. Fasthuma will never:
- Call you out of the blue to say your computer has a problem.
- Show pop-up warnings telling you to call a number.
- Ask you to pay with gift cards, or ask for your bank or card passwords.
If you are not sure a call or message is really from us, hang up and call us at (510) 371-9201. If a pop-up says to call a number, don’t call it: close the browser, or turn the computer off, and then call us.
